Since leaving IBM in 1995, Martin has helped hundreds of small businesses achieve their goals, earning accolades such as the IBM Means Service Award and the “Volunteer of the Year” award from former North Carolina governor James B. Hunt. Despite a childhood diagnosis of dyslexia, Martin has made significant contributions in various fields, including pioneering the first social media management certificate program in North Carolina and receiving the Ethel N. Fortner Writer Award. He continues to teach marketing for small businesses and hosts numerous podcast shows. Martin resides in Raleigh, NC, with his wife Barbara and enjoys hobbies like photography, hiking, and competition shooting.

With nearly two decades of experience leading teams across the private and public sectors, Dr. Justin Rose has cultivated expertise across a diverse range of industries from agriculture to automotive service.
